The following privacy policy serves as information for you, which data is stored by us, for which of your activities this is the case and on which legal basis the processing takes place. Furthermore, we inform you about your rights in this regard. For the terms “personal data” and “processing”, the definitions of Art. 4 EUDSGVO apply.
1. Visit of our Internet Pages
When you visit our website, personal data is automatically collected and processed (access data).
a) Type of data
This is your IP address, the operating system you are using, the Internet browser you are using and its version as well as the screen resolution you have selected, furthermore the date, time and duration of your access as well as the Internet page you visited before. This data is stored by us in the form of server log files.
Furthermore, we use cookies. Cookies are small text files that are temporarily stored on your PC/smartphone. They do not pose any risk to your PC/smartphone or the integrity of your stored data.
b) Purpose of storage
Server logfiles are required to ensure the security of our offer, in particular for the detection, defense and tracking of cyber attacks. Furthermore, the information is needed to adjust and optimize the presentation of our offer to the software you are using.
Some cookies are required to enable you to visit the site, others are used for your convenience, and other cookies allow us to recognize you when you visit our websites again. In our selection menu, you have the option of accepting all cookies or refusing them (except for essential cookies that are indispensable for visiting the site, e.g. for language selection). In addition, you can usually reject unwanted cookies via your browser settings.
c) Retention and deletion periods
Server log files are deleted automatically 14 days after they are collected, unless they need to be kept longer for the purposes mentioned above. In this case, they are deleted as soon as they are no longer needed for the prosecution
of a cyber-attack.
Cookies are automatically deleted after 13 weeks after your last visit to our Internet pages.
d) Legal basis of the processing
We store the server log files on the basis of our overriding legitimate interest regarding the security and stability of our website and the protection and tracking of cyber attacks. The legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) EU-DSGVO.
Cookies are not stored by us, but on your PC/your smartphone. For the processing (reading) of the stored cookies, the legal basis for essential cookies is our legitimate interest in establishing the functionality of our website, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) EU-DSGVO.
2. Use of our Contact Form
In order to get in contact with us conveniently and securely, we provide you with a contact form. When using the form, all data entered by you will be transmitted to us via a secure https connection.
a) Type of data
Only the data entered by you in the form will be transmitted. The fields marked as mandatory are those that are absolutely necessary to answer your inquiry.
b) Purpose of storage
We use the information you provide in the contact form exclusively for the purpose of responding to your specific inquiry. We do not use it for any other purpose, in particular for advertising purposes.
c) Duration of storage
The contents of the contact form inquiries as well as our answers are stored as business letters in accordance with the German Fiscal Code (AO) for a period of six years after the end of the calendar year in which the inquiry or its answer was made and then deleted.
d) Legal basis of processing
By submitting the completed contact form, you declare your consent to the processing of the data for the above-mentioned purpose. The legal basis of the processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit a) EU-DSGVO. Furthermore, your request may be made in connection with a contractual relationship with us or the initiation of such. In this case, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) DSGVO is the legal basis of the processing.
3. Purchase in our Online Shop
If you purchase goods in our online store, we store the data required for the purchase transaction. Furthermore, the web store uses essential cookies for the shopping cart function (for this, see above).
a) Type of data
The following data is collected:
✦ Name and first name;
✦ Address and, if applicable, address supplements;
✦ If applicable, different delivery address;
✦ Telephone number for queries (optional);
✦ Email address;
✦ age.
b) Purpose of storage
Names and addresses are required for sending the goods, the email address for purchase confirmation, electronic transmission of the invoice and any correspondence that may become necessary. The telephone number may be provided voluntarily to facilitate correspondence. Age information is required to verify the age of majority.
c) Duration of storage
The information will be stored in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code for a period of 10 years after the end of the calendar year in which the purchase was made and then deleted.
d) Legal basis of processing
For all information required for the execution of the purchase, the legal basis of the processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) EU-DSGVO. With regard to the voluntary information, you declare your consent to the data processing upon submission. The legal basis here is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) EU-DSGVO.
4. Newsletter
You can subscribe to our newsletter at any time. In this case, you will receive information about our products and offers at irregular intervals by email.
a) Type of data
In addition to your email address, we also use your first and last name.
b) Purpose of storage
The purpose of the storage is the dispatch of our personalized newsletter and the permanent contact maintenance to our customers.
c) Duration of storage
The data will be stored permanently until you object to the newsletter dispatch or your email address no longer exists.
d) Legal basis of processing
By subscribing to our newsletter, you declare your consent to receive it and to the processing of the above-mentioned data for this purpose. The legal basis of the processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) DSGVO.
5. Common Regulations
The following applies to all of the above procedures:
✦ We do not pass on your data to third parties, with the exception of ancillary service providers, such as postal and parcel services in particular. Furthermore, we may pass on your data by way of exception if we are legally obliged to do so, e.g. due to judicial orders. The legal basis here is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c) EU-DSGVO.
✦ There is no processing of data outside the scope of the EU-DSGVO.

✦ Automated individual decisions and profiling do not take place.
✦ You have the right to complain to a supervisory authority.
6. Your Rights
In accordance with the provisions of the EU GDPR, you have the following rights (Artt. 12 et seq. EU GDPR) in connection with the processing of your personal data by us:
a) Right to information
We must inform you in an appropriate manner about the essential content and conditions of the processing of your personal data by us. This privacy policy serves this purpose.
b) Right to information
You can contact us at any time and without giving reasons with a request for information within the framework of Art. 15 EU-DSGVO. You have the right to a copy of all data stored about you. However, you can also limit your request for information to individual procedures or processes. As a rule, information is provided free of charge in accordance with Art. 15 EU-DSGVO.
c) Right to rectification
If data stored by us about you is incorrect, you have the right to have the information corrected.
d) Recht auf Löschung personenbezogener Daten (“Recht auf Vergessenwerden”)
In accordance with Art. 17 EU-DSGVO, you have the right to have your personal data deleted. This does not apply if we are entitled or obliged to retain it. A right to erasure also exists if you have effectively revoked consent or have successfully objected to processing on the basis of our legitimate interest.
e) Recht auf Einschränkung der Verarbeitung
In accordance with Art. 18 EU-DSGVO, you have the right to restriction of processing.
f) Recht auf Datenportabilität
You have the right to receive all personal data processed by us automatically in a generally readable file format, Art. 20 EU-DSGVO.
g) Recht auf Widerspruch
If the legal basis for data processing is your consent (Art. 6 (1) a) DSGVO) or our legitimate interest in processing your personal data (Art. 6 (1) f) DSGVO), you may object to this at any time and without giving reasons with effect for the future.
